The random samples are offered to business clients only and are offered at no charge at our discretion. You can order random samples (which are samples of a particular product that may be embellished with another company's logo or not embellished at all) by e-mailing us at customerservice@logogram.com or by calling our toll free number, 800-442-5824, during regular business hours (Mon-Fri 8:30-5:30, EST.) Please keep in mind that the goal of offering random samples by request is to guarantee that our customers have every confidence that they are choosing the item that is right for their campaign or event prior to placing their order.

We also want to assure, however, that the random samples ordered are to be used for a legitimate business purpose. As a result, our customer service personnel will follow up with you prior to placing your random sample order to ask a few questions and obtain information about your business. Also, we ask that you understand that some samples requested will be of considerable expense. Although these items may still be ordered at no charge, we may require that they be secured via credit card and provided on a loaner basis if we do not have a previous business relationship to support the request.
