Our primary goal is to provide the best service to all of our customers. The majority of orders placed by our customers are for customized items (i.e. - personalizations, addition of logos, names, copy, etc.) and as such the items produced cannot be reused or resold once the embellishment process is started.

If you wish to cancel or change an order and the production process has not been initiated and/or special order materials used in the production of your order have not yet been obtained, we will cancel your order without any charge to you. If changes are to be made to the order prior to commencement of production, charges for additional setups, screens, dies, design fees, restocking, etc. may apply. In cases where production of your order has already commenced, changes or cancellations are not possible.
